Microceutical Scientific LLC Privacy Policy
(as of February 17, 2011)

Microceutical Scientific LLC and its licensors (collectively “Microceutical”, “we”, “us” and “our”) understand and respect your concerns about privacy. At the same time, information is the cornerstone of Microceutical’s ability to provide products and services to its customers. Microceutical created this Privacy Policy to provide you with notice of the types of information Microceutical may collect, how such information may be used or shared with third parties, and how such information relates to the operation of the orderdropz.com website and all other locations on which we place the Privacy Policy (“Website”). This Privacy Policy is part of and subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use (the “TOU”) posted on the Website, including the provisions regarding changes or modifications to this Privacy Policy and other policies as set forth in the TOU.

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies regardless of whether you use the Website via a computer, mobile device or other platform (collectively, your “Equipment”). Also, this Privacy Policy applies only to information Microceutical collects through the Website and does not apply to Microceutical’s collection of information from other sources (e.g., in person, over the telephone, etc.).

What Information Does Microceutical Collect and Store?
The Website typically collects two kinds of information about you: (a) information that you provide that personally identifies you; and (b) information that does not personally identify you, which Microceutical automatically collect when you visit the Website or that you provide Microceutical.

Personally Identifiable Information: Microceutical’s definition of personally identifiable information includes any information that may be used to specifically identify or contact you, such as your name, mail address, phone number, etc. As a general policy, Microceutical does not automatically collect your personally identifiable information when you visit Microceutical’s Website. In certain circumstances, we may request, allow or otherwise provide you an opportunity to submit your personally identifiable information in connection with a feature, program, promotion or some other aspect of the Website. For instance, you may: (a) provide your name, mail/shipping address, email address, credit card number and phone number when registering with the Website, using Microceutical’s online store, or in connection with a contest entry; (b) provide certain demographic information about you (e.g., age, gender, purchase preference, usage frequency, etc.) when participating in a survey, poll or joining a club; or (c) post a general comment and/or recommendation on the Website. Certain information may not be personally identifiable when standing alone (e.g., your age), but may become so when combined with other information (e.g., your age and name). Whether or not you provide this information is your choice; however, in many instances this type of information is required to participate in the particular activity, realize a benefit Microceutical may offer, or gain access to certain content on the Website. In addition, Microceutical uses the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving Microceutical’s stores, and communicating with you.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Microceutical’s definition of non-personally identifiable information is any information that does not personally identify you. Non-personally identifiable information can include certain personally identifiable information that has been de-identified; that is, information that has been rendered anonymous. Microceutical obtains non-personally identifiable information about you from information that you provide Microceutical, either separately or together with your personally identifiable information. Microceutical also automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information from you when you access the Website. This information can include, among other things, IP addresses, the type of browser you are using, the third party website from which your visit originated, the operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the search terms you use on the Website, the specific web pages you visit, and the duration of your visits.
